Rules Clarifications

I received some great questions from a player that lead to some clarifications. Here is a quick summary of the changes.

• Do not roll on the Encounter table for the Extraction Point Station. Instead, a randomly selected alien with 3+ 🖤 is waiting for you here.
• Characters can have a maximum of 4 hearts. They can't be healed over that amount.
