M.A.G - Solo Hexcrawl

M.A.G (Minimalist Adventure Game) is an ultra-lite TTRPG in the FKR spirit. This simple 2 page, tri-fold, hexcrawl system is based on M.A.G and inspired by Perplexing Ruins Solo Gaming Sheets, If you've not seen them, definitely check them out!!

This tri-fold game contains simple travel rules, guidelines for creature and area encounters, rations, hunting/foraging, and a simple system for creating an on-the-fly point crawl for discovered locations. There are also adjective, action, and theme tables to help spark ideas for content.

The 3rd page provides a hex map with a home base and a location created using the point crawl generation process. Discovering the Lost Tomb of Tymir can easily be played solo or as a group.

While it was written with M.A.G in mind, in reality, this simple tool could be used with pretty much any system. It is purposefully light and provides enough rules to spark the players imagination, then get out of the way.
