Minor updates

Some minor changes. The big change is listing genre neutral special abilities in the core rules. Also added a few more special abilities to the Fantasy rules.
Updated the armor rules to soak damage instead of provide HP. Also, armor imposes an agility penalty the heavier it becomes.
