Healer rules update

The healer rules were updated to make it clear a Pay The Price roll is needed in order to heal. The healer will Pay The Price with their Mind die, then the value rolled is added to the attribute being healed, up to the max. The healer may have their Mind attribute points reduced if the roll is less than the effort set by the Facilitator.
