v0.28 Now Available

Ok, I know this is fast on the heels of v0.27, but I received some awesome feedback that needed to be incorporated. No major rules changes. What was updated is the section which explains the character Role, Attributes & Skills. It now stresses the importance of using the role to determine the specialized skills for the character.
